Customer Experience Management success relies on getting a consistent flow of feedback from your customers, timely response, and continuously adapting to the feedback received. As with any survey, the more people invited who complete it, the more helpful the survey data will be.
This course focuses on maximizing your survey responses. It introduces ways you can improve the volume and quality of your survey responses using Qualtrics and offers ideas for putting those responses to use for continuous improvement.
