Volvo New Vehicle Sales Professional ILT

The Volvo New Vehicle Sales Professional course is an instructor-led course that introduces the Volvo brand, products, and truck sales process. This course is designed to provide a new truck sales professional with the knowledge and expertise to effectively sell the Volvo brand portfolio. In addition, participants will have an opportunity to drive a truck on a closed track to gain first-hand knowledge of its operation, and tour the manufacturing plant.

Over the course of 4 days, participants will be immersed in activities such as prospecting, analyzing customer needs and making recommendations, creating presentations, order entry in VSS, delivery, and follow-up after the sale. This course will engage the learner through hands-on activities and the use of on-the-job scenarios. Group discussion and team projects will provide various perspectives needed to address the many challenges faced on the job.
