Volvo Fleet Maintenance Manager
This course serves as an introduction to the fleet management responsibilities of your dealership. It offers a general explanation of what the individual responsible for this function does on customers’ behalf. In addition, this course introduces the TripVision tool, the primary system used to assist customers who have purchased managed service contracts to monitor their fleets, schedule service, and maintenance appointments, and ensure proper closing of each event.
Upon completion, participants should be able to:
- Explain fleet maintenance management (FMM) responsibilities related to managed service contracts
- Demonstrate the process for monitoring fleets using the TripVision tool
- Describe the process for scheduling service on behalf of the customer
