In this module, we will teach you to engage your buyer and turn potential resisters into avid listeners. Develop rapport and trust while displaying your sincere interest in the buyer.

Course objectives and principles:

  • Understand you have 19-34 seconds to establish your credibility and convince a buyer that time spent with you will be valuable
  • Understand that without trust, you can only sell price
  • Understand that with trust, you can sell value
  • Understand that if you have positioned yourself and your company well going into the call, your trust factor will be higher from the beginning
