In this module, we will teach you to engage your buyer and turn potential resisters into avid listeners. Develop rapport and trust while displaying your sincere interest in the buyer.

- Understand you have 19-34 seconds to establish your credibility and convince a buyer that time spent with you will be valuable
- Understand that without trust, you can only sell price
- Understand that with trust, you can sell value
- Understand that if you have positioned yourself and your company well going into the call, your trust factor will be higher from the beginning
