Academy Live – Diagnostic Process and Non-standard Service Information

Tune in February 24, 2022 for a new Academy Live broadcast announcing and demonstrating major improvements to the service information feature of IMPACT.

Information previously distributed using Field Service Bulletins will now be shared in IMPACT via a new format called Technical Service Bulletins.

The broadcast will also define and explain an updated diagnostic process for technicians that supports increased customer uptime.
