Volvo Expert Technician Certification Program Update

On July 6, Volvo Trucks Academy will make a minor update to the Volvo Expert Technician Certification Program.

What Is Changing?
The 501217-SG-01: Volvo Engine Overhaul Study Guide and associated post-test will be grouped into a curriculum so they align with the structure used for other courses that include a test. This is an administrative improvement only and does not affect certification requirements or course content. 

As part of this update, training records will be reviewed, and the new curriculum assigned to anyone who has started or completed the study guide or post-test. You may receive an email regarding this update.

What Do I Need to Do?
No action is required  if you previously completed both the study guide and post-test. Your completion history will be applied and will appear in your training record.

If you have already begun the study guide or post-test, the new curriculum will be assigned to you automatically. Your progress will be retained, so you can pick up where you left off.
