Volvo VNL: Driver Environment

This course introduces the value customers can derive from the many features of the Volvo VNL's working and living environments.

Upon completion of this course the participant should be able to:

• Describe the value proposition behind the Volvo VNL driver-focused design. 
• Describe the overall “look and feel” of the VNL’s interior and differentiate the elements of the driver environment. 
• Describe key gauges, displays, and controls. 
• Describe key comfort and convenience features. 
• Describe key living environment features. 
• Describe how interior features are packaged. 
• Describe how to handle customer objections to VNL packaging.
