Today, Volvo Trucks Academy introduces Journey Maps in Navigator for parts managers and parts personnel enrolled in a Parts Development Plan.
What’s New
With Journey Maps, managers, parts front counter, parts back counter, and outside parts sales personnel can:
- View training progress across Professional and Master programs.
- See assigned training, development plans, and certification status in one location.
- Quickly identify upcoming requirements and plan for next steps.
Easy Access to Continuous Development Opportunities
Users who completed a previous version of Professional, Parts Sales Master, or Parts Operations Master will maintain their completed status. Within the new Parts Journey Maps user interface, users will always have access to the most current version of the training programs.
This allows all users easy access to new parts training material and supports ongoing professional development in their role. These courses are optional and available in one place for all users in the parts training programs.
Getting Started
Log into Navigator and select the Journey Maps tile from the home page. To learn more about using Journey Maps, watch this introduction video.
