The Volvo Sales Training instructor led class follows the Volvo Sales Process with an emphasis on value-based selling. Attendees will be trained on techniques and tools for successful customer prospecting and will equip participants with effective strategies to identify customer needs. They will be actively involved in evaluating the needs of their customers and through technical review of Volvo vehicle components prepare quotations in TM2 to meet those needs. Through site visits and hands-on practice they will learn about the Volvo processes for ordering, planning delivery and vehicle handover of Volvo trucks to their customers.
