Volvo Navigating the Daily Rental Process - Pre-Qualifying the Customer

Pre-qualifying the Customer is part of a three-course series, Navigating the Daily Rental Process. This course will give you the information you need to prequalify a customer by presenting recommended vehicle rental processes. This course stresses the importance of implementing a consistent customer experience to increase customer satisfaction when renting directly from dealers. Participants will learn about the benefits to dealerships of implementing best practices for vehicle rentals. The material will be presented through the use of scenarios, each highlighting fictitious dealers who follow best practices. After learning about best practices, participants will be presented with vehicle rental scenarios and will make decisions with instructional feedback about their decisions.
