Volvo Navigating the Daily Rental Process - Completing the Commercial Rental Agreement

This course is the second in a three-part series. It will give dealers the information they need to effectively complete the Commercial Rental Agreement. This course stresses the importance of implementing a consistent customer experience to increase customer satisfaction with renting directly from dealers. Participants will learn about the benefits to dealerships of implementing best practices for completing the Commercial Rental Agreement. The material will be presented through the use of scenarios, each highlighting fictitious dealers who follow best practices. After learning about the most effective approaches for completing the Commercial Rental Agreement, participants will be presented with daily vehicle rental scenarios and will make decisions with instructional feedback about their decisions.
