IMPACT Selling® provides sales professionals and newcomers to sales with a highly effective sales framework that guides participants in the sales process with each customer or prospect. Participants will learn to have more effective sales calls, have more success finding and gaining leads, and connect with people making purchasing decisions in a way that leads to more closed business.

This interactive and tactical workshop incorporates class discussion, individual and group exercises, and customized practice scenarios designed to reinforce application of the sales process. A personal assessment customizes the course to each participant. Participants leave equipped with strategies that can be implemented immediately to improve on-the-job performance.  This is a fantastic course for all dealer personnel to ensure they are ready to take part in the total selling process.
