Volvo UCHP Reference Guides

The UCHP Reference Guide program consists of three volumes. Each volume provides reliable performance support to prepare, enter and submit specific types of warranty claims as well as perform standard types of tasks in UCHP such as viewing claim and campaign information, searching for claims, printing credit documents and appealing claims.  Use these performance support resources to complete warranty-related tasks in UCHP during the warranty claim handling process.
