• Identify the characteristics of the regional haul customer
• Describe the various truck configurations commonly used in regional haul businesses and their relevant truck requirements
• Describe how the Volvo VNR is designed to specifically meet regional haul requirements
• Identify the needs of typical regional haul customers and match Volvo VNR features to those needs, and
• Develop VNR product recommendations appropriate to a specific regional haul customer’s need
