The Case Based Reasoning (CBR) system gives you the ability to search for diagnostic and service solutions in an intuitive and efficient manner. It is built on a platform that will continue to expand to cover more support related areas and include additional functionality.  Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Navigate the CCMP platform for Case Based Reasoning.
  • Locate published service information related the vehicle issues
  • Enter and complete diagnostic sessions from the CCMP.
  • Locate and view previous diagnostic sessions for specific vehicles.
