Volvo Trucks Academy’s two new curricula are designed to familiarize Volvo sales personnel and sales managers with the benefits of gathering and responding to customer feedback.

Upon completion of the 500901: Volvo Principles of Customer Experience Management (CEM) for Sales curriculum, sales personnel will be prepared to:

  • Explain how CEM helps improve customer satisfaction
  • List the key drivers of CEM
  • Describe the direct impact customer perception has on the dealership
