New Customer Experience Management (CEM) eLearning Curricula for Sales Personnel and Sales Managers
Volvo Trucks Academy’s two new curricula are designed to familiarize Volvo sales personnel and sales managers with the benefits of gathering and responding to customer feedback.
Upon completion of the 500901: Volvo Principles of Customer Experience Management (CEM) for Sales curriculum, sales personnel will be prepared to:
- Explain how CEM helps improve customer satisfaction
- List the key drivers of CEM
- Describe the direct impact customer perception has on the dealership
Courses in this curriculum include:
- 500917: Introduction to Customer Experience (CX)
- 500902: Volvo Sales: Introduction to Customer Experience Management (CEM)
Upon completion of the 500903: Volvo Principles of Customer Experience Management (CEM) for Sales Managers curriculum, sales managers will be prepared to:
- Describe the direct impact customer perception has on the dealership
- Navigate the Sales and Delivery dashboard to view data
- Implement continuous improvement activities based on customer input
